You fill the vault.

Medical, legal, home, car, pets, dependents, travel, and the personal instructions nobody else would know. You fill it line by line, or tell NESA's coordinator and it does the data entry.

Your vault is encrypted on your device before it is stored, and we hold no key to it. The emergency layer around it — who your people are, how to reach them, what opened and when — is not encrypted, because a system that has to route help cannot be blind to that. Only you have the whole picture — and you decide who sees what.

Your neighbor gets the dog's routine and the spare key. Your mother gets your medical file. Your sister gets the lawyer's number. No one gets anything you didn't clear them for.

Everything stays sealed by default. Change, revoke, or reassign with a tap.

Your circle is connected before anything happens.

Everyone you name is asked first — and can accept, decline, or take on something smaller. The circle is settled now, while nothing is wrong. So when they're needed, there is no one to track down and nothing to explain.

Each person accepts a specific job, and sees only what that job needs.

You don't have to be the one who raises it.

When someone who knows you raises a concern, NESA opens only what that person's job needs — and tells you afterwards exactly what was shared. Their app, your rules.

Every disclosure is written to a permanent record — what opened, to whom, and why. The screen that shows you that record is still being built.
